WORKSHOP MIT JESS CURTIS
Improvisation - Komposition - Performance

Ausgehend von einfachen Körperübungen schärfen wir unsere Wahrnehmung und erkunden die anatomischen Möglichkeiten unserer bewegungsweisen. In Improvisation und Komposition kommen wir in die Interaktion mit Anderen. Zugleich erweitern wir unsere Dynamik und unseren Umgang mit der Schwerkraft und dem Raum.
In weiteren untersuchen wir den Einfluss von Körperlichkeit, Wahrnehmung, Kognition und Imagination auf den Körper in Tanz und Performance. Wir erforschen, welche Beziehung sich zu allen beteiligten - tanzend und zuschauend - in der Performance ergeben können.
Entsprechend seinem Titel ist der Workshop offen für alle körperliche Vielfalt.

WORKSHOP WITH JESS CURTIS
Improvisation - Composition - Performance

Beginning with simple physical training practices we will awake our senses and explore anatomical possibilities in our personal movement. We will expand into interaction with other bodies, both improvised and composed, and increase the dynamic, gravitational and spatial range of our movements.
We will examine physical states and cognitive, sensory and imaginative processes and how these can inform the dancing/performing body, the interaction with a dancing partner and the performative interaction with a viewer.
According to its title, the workshop is open for all physical diversity.
